Research seeks associate vice chancellor

Registration for Spring Research Fair poster competition is open.

The Office of Research and Economic Development is seeking applicants for associate vice chancellor for research. The position is open only to University of Nebraska–Lincoln faculty.

Core responsibilities include leading faculty development efforts related to research; planning strategically for development of research initiatives across campus; creating faculty networking opportunities with federal funding agencies; collaborating with colleges and departments to plan research initiatives; and overseeing compliance efforts for responsible conduct of research and conflict of interest.

Application review begins July 2. Those interested in the position should complete the application posted on the university’s employment website.
