Elliot Shore, the new executive director of the Association of Research Libraries, will be visiting the University Libraries.

Shore will give a public talk, “19th Century Origins Collide with the 21st Century: The Research Library Conundrum,” at 1:30 p.m. April 6 in the Nebraska Union, Colonial Room.

Shore has been visiting all member libraries. The association is a 125-member non-profit organization that brings together research driven libraries in the United States and Canada who share common goals.
