The University of Nebraska’s multi-institutional initiative addressing the state’s most pressing public health issues linked to water and climate was the focus of an RFD-TV feature on Oct. 20.

The video (above) features Mike Boehm, vice president for the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources, discussing the project and its potential outcomes. Announced Aug. 28, the Water, Climate and Health initiative was funded through a $5 million gift from Dr. Anne Hubbard, a retired physician, alumna of the University of Nebraska Medical Center and member of the NU Foundation Board of Directors.
