All group fitness, pilates and yoga classes at the Campus Rec Center and Rec and Wellness Center are free from Aug. 17-29.
More than 50 classes are offered during the week at varying times each day. Popular classes include High Intensity Interval Training, Cardio Dance, Cycling, Aqua, Barre, Yoga and Pilates. Mind Prep Meditation is new to the schedule this fall. Download the full schedule here.
Students and Campus Recreation Members may purchase an All-Class Pass for $48/semester to attend any fitness class on the schedule at any location. Passes may be purchased by visiting the Member Services Desk at the Campus Rec Center or Rec and Wellness Center on East Campus.
