Reaccreditation visits are Oct. 24, 25

A nine-member team from the Higher Learning Commission will visit the University of Nebraska-Lincoln on Oct. 24 and 25 as part of the university’s 10-year reaccreditation process.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in a series of open sessions as part of the team’s visit.

All of the sessions, which last from 45 minutes to an hour, will be in the Nebraska Union Regency Suite. For more information on individual sessions, click here. Those interested in attending an open session may RSVP here.

The Higher Learning Commission accredits degree-granting post-secondary education institutions in the North Central region and will review Nebraska’s ongoing ability to meet its Criteria for Accreditation. The university was last accredited in 2006.
