Quilt Museum hosting quilt drive for communities in need

The International Quilt Museum located on University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s East Campus has partnered with CenterPointe to host a quilt drive to share the gift of warmth with the community through Dec. 17 of this year.

The drive is accepting donations of new and gently used quilts or blankets from queen bedcover to lap quilt for distribution to Lincoln and Omaha community members in need.

The museum will take donations during open hours 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, and until 7:30 PM on the first Friday of each month.

CenterPointe in Lincoln, Nebraska, is a whole-health provider specializing in mental health and substance use through a bio-psycho-social, housing-first model.
