Open Forum on women’s issues is Oct. 12

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln will host an open forum on women’s issues at 4 p.m. Oct. 12 in the Nebraska Union, Regency A Room.

Hosted by the Chancellor’s Commission on the Status of Women, the event is free and open to anyone with an interest in women’s issues. The forum is organized by the student council of the chancellor’s commission.

The purpose of the commission is to enhance the status of all women at the university by advising the chancellor on issues pertaining to gender equity and on specific concerns of women faculty, staff and students. For more information, click here.
