Obesity diseases symposium is Sept. 12

The Nebraska Center for the Prevention of Obesity Diseases will host the 4th Annual Fall Symposium on Sept. 12. The theme is “Neurobiology and Eating Behavior.”

The free symposium is a day-long event for faculty, postdocates, students, staff, industry partners, and other interested parties. It offers an opportunity to explore relevant topics and to network with fellow researchers in academia and industry.

Speakers are internationally recognized experts on the topic of “Neurobiology and Eating Behavior.” Speakers include Aron Barbey, University of Illinois; Eugenia Trushina, Mayo Clinic; and Arpana Gupta, University of California Los Angeles.
