Conference

The Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network will host its spring conference from 5:30 to 8 p.m. April 4 and 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 5 in the Wick Alumni Center.

The network’s spring conference is meant to connect women with ties to the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Workshops will focus on mentoring, personal and professional development and civic engagement.

“We are incredibly proud of the opportunities the Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network has created for alumnae and friends of Nebraska to come together, grow their personal and professional skills and be inspired to improve their careers and communities,” said Shelley Zaborowski, Nebraska Alumni Association executive director.

Keynote speakers at the conference include Julie Uribe, an Emmy Award-winning producer and faculty member of Nebraska’s Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film, and State Senator Patty Pansing Brooks.

Registration to the conference is open to members of the Nebraska Alumni Association.
