In response to COVID-19, the NCard Office is closed and new NCards will be issued through an online application.

Due to the threat of COVID-19, the NCard office has implemented temporary procedures regarding applying for and receiving a new campus identification card.

Students, faculty and staff needing an NCard will now complete an online application and upload an acceptable photo.

When NCards are ready, individuals will be notified by email to make an appointment for pickup by calling 402-472-7331.

For verification, individuals must bring a government-issued photo ID when picking up their NCard. The identification can be issued by federal, state or local government agencies and must include a photograph, name and date of birth. Examples include a driver’s license, passport or military ID.

NCards are required for all building access beginning at 7 p.m. March 20.

First-issue NCards are free, but replacements for lost cards are $15. Cards stolen, with proof of loss, are replaced for $7. Non-functioning cards are replaced at no charge. For students getting a replacement card, a $15 issuance fee will appear on Student Accounts’ consolidated bills. For faculty and staff, cash, check or NCard is accepted as payment, if individuals have activated their NCard account.

Questions can be forwarded to the NCard office at 402-472-7331.
