Wally Mason, director and chief curator of Sheldon Museum of Art, will facilitate a “Look at Lunchtime” discussion of the painting “Wishing for the Farm” by Elizabeth Murray at 12:15 p.m. Oct. 18. The new acquisition is featured in the exhibition “Approaching Landscape.”

At 12:15 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month, a member of the Sheldon staff or University of Nebraska–Lincoln faculty leads a 15-minute dialogue about an artwork on view in the museum.

Admission to the museum and “Look at Lunchtime” discussions are free.
