Kawasaki Reading Room hosting ice cream social July 20

The Kawasaki Reading Room for Japanese Studies at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln will be hosting an ice cream social 1-4 p.m. July 20 at the Jackie Gaughan Multicultural Center, room 302.

The Kawasaki Reading Room is a unique center for Japanese studies in Nebraska. It is operated by the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at Nebraska U. The Reading Room acts as a bridge between Lincoln’s Japanese and international communities by facilitating language learning and cultural understanding.

They welcome the community to visit during regular business hours to study, relax and look over their resources.
