Jacht, the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s student-run ad agency, will celebrate its 10-year anniversary with a celebration from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Haymarket, 151 N. 8th Street.

The “Decade on Deck” celebration will feature presentations from students, light refreshments, a photo booth, guest speakers and professional networking opportunities. Faculty and staff from the College of Journalism and Mass Communications, past students from Jacht and agency clients will also be present.

Each semester, Jacht brings in new students to work with real clients who hope to build their brands. The agency was founded in fall 2010 by interim dean Amy Struthers and 13 journalism students.
