The First Thursday Brownbag on All Things Green will be from noon to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 1 via livestream.

The Nebraska Statewide Arboretum event will feature a live discussion about hazelnuts with Aaron Clare of the Nebraska Forest Service. Featured items include the Hybrid Hazelnut Consortium, the development of hybrid hazelnuts, where to find plants and how to grow your own.
