Graduate students, faculty, postdocs, and staff are invited to engage with presenters in a campus-specific dialogue on what’s next for graduate STEM education and how each stakeholder can contribute.
Graduate students, faculty, postdoctoral researchers and staff are invited to engage with presenters in a campus-specific dialogue on what’s next for graduate STEM education.

Graduate STEM education is the focus of an upcoming conference from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 16 in the Willa Cather Dining Complex, Red Cloud Suite.

The conference is being hosted as part of a national tour by members of the Committee on Revitalizing Graduate STEM Education for the 21st Century and staff from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.

Presenters include Alan I. Leshner, chief executive officer, emeritus of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS); Suzanne Ortega, president of the Council of Graduate Schools; and Layne Scherer, program officer at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.

Graduate students, faculty, postdoctoral researchers and staff are invited to engage with presenters in a campus-specific dialogue on what’s next for graduate STEM education.
