University Libraries will host its next Genealogy Over Lunch session, “DNA for the Genealogical Researcher,” at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 18 in Love Library South, Room 318. The talk is free and open to the public.

Genealogy Over Lunch is designed for individuals interested in exploring and organizing their family history. Advances in DNA research have created a new set of tools for genealogists, and this talk will explore how both novice and advanced researchers can use these tools to enhance their findings.
