Free fitness classes at Rec Center, Jan. 8-14
All group fitness, Pilates and yoga classes at the Campus Recreation Center and Recreation and Wellness Center are free Jan. 8-14.
More than 70 classes are offered during the week at varying times each day. Popular classes include high intensity interval training, cardio dance, cycling, aqua, barre, yoga, meditation and Pilates. Download the full schedule or via Campus Recreation's app on Guidebook.
Students and Campus Recreation members may purchase an all-class pass for $55. This pass is for an entire semester and allows students to attend any fitness class on the schedule at any location. Passes may be purchased by visiting the member services desk at the Campus Recreation Center or Recreation and Wellness Center.
All students and members can also attend one group fitness class for free each semester by visiting the Member Services Desk to redeem. For questions regarding fitness classes, please contact Sarah Lewis at 402-472-6170.
