Feedback sought on printing, promo purchasing guidelines

The University of Nebraska is holding a listening session for faculty and staff to learn about and provide feedback on guidelines and best practices for purchasing printed publications and promotional items.

The session is 10:30 to 11:20 a.m. Feb. 22 in Sheldon Museum of Art’s Auditorium.

The printing and promotional purchasing guidelines are being developed as part of the NU system’s ongoing efforts to reduce costs through the Budget Response Initiative.

Members of the communication as well as procurement and printing budget response teams are visiting University of Nebraska campuses the week of Feb. 19 to solicit ideas, answer questions and gather feedback.

Faculty and staff can also submit ideas to Jackie Ostrowicki, chair of the communication team, at jostrowicki@nebraska.edu.
