Faculty Jazz Ensemble performs Nov. 7

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Faculty Jazz Ensemble will take to the stage for a fall performance at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in the Westbrook Recital Hall. The recital, which is free and open to the public, is one of four Glenn Korff School of Music performances offered during the week of Nov. 7-13.

The Faculty Jazz Ensemble will play music by faculty members Peter Bouffard and Tom Larson, Nebraska native and jazz legend Victor Lewis, and saxophonist Jerry Bergonzi. Members of the ensemble are Bouffard, guitar; Paul Haar, saxophone; Dave Hall, percussion; Larson, piano; Hans Sturm, bass; Darryl White; and the newest member, Greg Simon on trumpet.
