Stuart Embury will discuss his collection of 11,000 American art books and exhibition catalogues in a 4 p.m. Nov. 21 talk in 110 Love Library South. The talk is free and open to the public.

The collection, named the Stuart P. Embury, MD, Library of American Art, was donated to the University Libraries in 2010. His collection was considered one of the top private book collections on American art in the United States.

Embury, a doctor from Holdrege and a 1966 University of Nebraska graduate, will discuss the significance of items within the collection.
