Become a “master couple” and create a lifetime of love built on deep friendship, healthy conflict and shared meaning at the Seven Principles Workshop. The class is being held 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 2 at Nebraska Union.

Based on the internationally acclaimed research of John Gottman, the Seven Principles program is designed to strengthen your marriage or committed relationship.

This psychoeducational workshop is designed for any couple in a committed relationship. Partners will learn how to foster respect, affection and closeness in your relationship, build and share a deeper connection with each other and how to keep conflict discussions calm, how to break through conflicted gridlock, and how to strengthen and maintain the gains in your relationship.

Registration deadline is Nov. 30, with a one-time materials fee for workbooks. Contact EAP to register at eap@unl.edu or 402-472-3107.
