Faculty wishing to sponsor a guest speaker during the spring semester should submit applications to the Convocations Committee by Nov. 1.
Convocations Committee grants are generally $150 to $1,000. Funds are limited and the process is competitive. The form and guidelines for the process can be found on the Faculty Senate website.
The vitae of the guest speaker and the Convocations Committee application need to be submitted electronically to Karen Griffin, Coordinator of Faculty Governance, at email@example.com.
