Chancellor Ronnie Green sent an email to all students, faculty and staff this morning offering a video message of gratitude and encouragement as the university community continues to adapt to the work of education, research and outreach amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I’m talking to you a month into our response to the COVID-19 global epidemic,” Green said in his message to the campus community. “And I just want to pause for a minute and say thank you, to all of you in the University of Nebraska–Lincoln community for how you’ve stepped up, how you have adapted, how you’ve used your ingenuity and creativity to pivot to this new reality that we’re in on delivering on our mission of education and research and engagement as our land-grant university here in Nebraska.”
