Campus Recreation to offer free fitness events Feb. 13-16

Campus Recreation will offer free fitness events as part of “Celebrate EVERYbody Week,” Feb. 13-16.

The week is designed to promote healthy body image. This is the third year Campus Recreation has offered the free week of classes. The event will include various giveaways.

Group fitness classes are available year-round through Campus Recreation. Special all-class fitness passes are available. For more information on the classes, click here or call Sarah Lewis at 402-472-6170.

Monday, Feb. 13

  • 4 to 6 p.m. Grab-and-Go Snacks, Campus Recreation Center, Atrium

  • 4 to 6 p.m. Free Chair Massages, Recreation and Wellness Center, Stretching Area

  • 5 to 5:50 p.m. Find Your Inner Peace, Yoga with Kole, Campus Recreation Center, Fitness Room

  • 9 to 9:50 p.m. Rock What You’ve Got with VS PINK, Cardio Dance Class with MacKenzie, Campus Recreation Center, Fitness Room

Tuesday, Feb. 14

  • 4 to 6 p.m. University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union, Make a Valentine for a friend or significant other, Campus Recreation Center, Atrium

  • 9 to 9:50 p.m. Rock What You’ve Got with VS PINK, Cardio Dance Class with MacKenzie, Campus Recreation Center, Fitness Room
