All group fitness, pilates and yoga classes offered by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Campus Recreation are free Aug. 21-25.
More than 75 classes will be offered, including high intensity interval training, cardio dance, cycling, aqua, yoga, pilates and country line dancing. A full schedule is available via the Campus Recreation website or its Guidebook app.
Nebraska students and Campus Rec members may purchase an all-class, semester pass for $55 to attend any fitness class on the schedule at any location. Passes may be purchased at the member services desk at Campus Rec facilities on City and East campuses.
