Brass quintet to perform ‘A Lost Dream’ Nov. 12

The University of Nebraska Brass Quintet will present its fall recital, “A Lost Dream,” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 12 in Kimball Recital Hall. The performance is free and open to the public.

“A Lost Dream” is inspired by the country’s current political division and features pieces such as “Golden Suite” by Henri Sauguet and “Western Fanfare” by Eric Ewazen. Review the program for the recital.

The quintet has performed throughout the United States and Europe and features faculty Scott Quackenbush, K. Craig Bircher, Alan Mattingly, Scott Anderson and Craig Fuller.
