Big Red Resilience and Well-Being to host Gratitude Graffiti Week

Gratitude Graffiti Week
Gratitude Graffiti Week will begin Nov. 16.

Big Red Resilience and Well-Being will host Gratitude Graffiti Week Nov. 16-20 at the University Health Center.

Gratitude Graffiti Week, inspired by the Gratitude Project, is a daily practice of purposeful appreciation of one’s life through interactive art. During Gratitude Graffiti Week, they will engage the campus community to contemplate a source of gratitude in their lives and provide an outlet to express that thought of thankfulness in a public setting. All through campus, there will be boards, posters and markers available for students, faculty and staff to write down something for which they are grateful.

Face coverings are required to be worn, a 6-foot physical distance must be observed, and hand sanitizer will be available.

For questions, visit the Gratitude Graffiti website or contact Laura Shell at (402) 472-8011.
