The Office of Research and Economic Development is seeking applicants for its virtual 2020-2021 Research Development Fellows Program, a year-long program designed to help full-time, pre-tenure faculty obtain the information, resources and approaches necessary to prepare competitive grant proposals to external sponsors. The application deadline is Sept. 30.

The Research Development Fellows Program is ideal for early career faculty intending to submit proposals to funding programs such as the Department of Defense Young Investigator Program, Department of Energy Early Career Program, National Institutes of Health exploratory/developmental research grant awards or research project grant awards, National Science Foundation Faculty Early Career Development Program and U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Agriculture and Food Research Initiative.
