Annual Women’s History Month Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon is March 28

Please check out the Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon.

The Women's History Month Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon is returning to campus in March.

This drop-in event is free and open to the public and is happening 1-4 p.m. March 28 in Love Library South, room 221 (Peterson Room).

University Libraries is collaborating with Katrina Jagodinsky, Susan J. Rosowski associate professor of history and graduate chair, and her legal history students to host the Women’s History Wikipedia Edit-a-Thon. The event is focused on improving the representation of cis and trans women on Wikipedia.

All are welcome at this event — from experienced editors to newcomers — so there is no need to know how to edit. Libraries faculty will be on hand to instruct on the steps to being an editor. There will be opportunities to edit in both minor and major ways. For more information on the event and to RSVP, check out the event page.
