University of Nebraska–Lincoln employees can access W-2 tax forms electronically via Firefly.

Employees must be enrolled to receive the W-2 forms via the online service. Opting for electronic delivery allows employees to have early access to forms in mid-January and the ability to review W-2 forms from previous years. It also reduce printing and postage costs for the university.

The enrollment process, available here, is quick and easy. Employees not currently enrolled are asked to complete the process by Jan. 10 to gain access to electronic forms for the upcoming tax season. Enrolling will automatically provide access to all future W-2 forms online.
