25 ROTC cadets receive military commissions

Chancellor Ronnie Green watches as Nebraska ROTC cadets walk by during the annual chancellor's review on April 26 in Cook Pavilion. The Nebraska ROTC program awarded commissions to 25 Huskers who earned degrees during commencement exercises May 5.

Twenty-five cadets in the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Reserve Officer Training Corps received military commissions in ceremonies May 4-5.

Thirteen cadets in Air Force ROTC were commissioned second lieutenants in the U.S. Air Force on May 4; four cadets in Navy ROTC received commissions May 5, three as ensigns in the U.S. Navy and one as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps; and eight cadets in Army ROTC were commissioned second lieutenants in the U.S. Army May 5.
