The University of Nebraska College of Law is hosting its fifth annual Citizenship Clinic on March 23.

Immigration Clinic students will be screening applicants for citizenship eligibility. If you have had your green card for five years or more, call 402-472-3271 or email civilclinic@unl.edu to learn more and register.

The deadline to register is March 1. If you are eligible to participate, Immigration Clinic students will follow up with a phone call or email with more information about the event including time, location, documents to bring and the citizenship process generally.

The Immigration Clinic was established in 1998. Its purpose is to give students an intensive experience working in-depth on immigration cases and projects on behalf of low-income clients in need of legal assistance. Students interested in the Immigration Clinic must apply and go through the Clinic selection process that takes place in the spring of each year.
