Susan facilitates leadership training experiences at Nelnet that prepare leaders for the next level by allowing them to see what is needed at that new level. She understands the leadership pipeline at all levels of the organization and today provides leadership training programs for supervisors, managers, and directors. In response to requests from leaders in Lincoln, Aurora and Highlands Ranch, Susan has prepared a presentation about Being the CEO of Your Own Career. She has tailored this talk to bring practical ideas and tools to the NWLN regarding planning for our careers. There will be a Q and A session with Susan following her talk, as well as insight stimulating activities during the presentation.
