David Rosenbaum is the associate director of the Bureau of Business Research and a professor of economics at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. His main areas of expertise are forensic economics, applied micro economics and cost-benefit analysis. His research has led to nearly 50 publications covering topics in industrial organization, labor economics, and forensic economics. Rosenbaum has been involved in a number of funded projects, including a variety of cost-benefit analyzes, as well as evaluations of several policy programs. He is also the consulting economist to the Nebraska Public Service Commission, where he has testified several times on telecommunications-related matters.
