Bio

David Mabie is an assistant professor of practice who teaches fundamental physics as it relates to agriculture and life sciences, and engineering classes in thermodynamics and transport. His research interests include engineering education, controlled environment engineering, specifically greenhouses for specialty crops. He has investigated the best processes for drying and storing hops, a plant used to brew beer. (Updated November 2024.)
