Experts in the Field of Farm Succession

Bio

Allan Vyhnalek has spent over 32 years in extension, working in both Iowa and Nebraska. His current role is as a statewide extension educator for Nebraska farm/ranch succession and transition. He is based at the Agricultural Economics Department at UNL. Vyhnalek has published several articles and webinars about preparing for and dealing with farm succession. His interest in helping individuals, groups, and communities understand how good communications, negotiation skills and generational differences relate to how communities and families function stems from his passion about the development of rural Nebraska for future generations.
