Kristen Blankley is a professor of law and has been with the university since 2010. Her research has largely focused on the crossroads of alternative dispute resolution and ethics and on contemporary issues in arbitration law. Blankley has been an active member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution since 2016 and currently sits as a co-chair of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution Subcommittee on Ethics. She also sits on the board of directors of the Mediation Center in Lincoln, Nebraska and is a past board member and former board president of the Nebraska Mediation Association. Blankley is also a practicing mediator and arbitrator in Nebraska.
