Bio

Brandon Johnson's expertise combines administrative law, the separation of powers and the law of democracy. In articles and essays that have appeared in nationally recognized publications, he has written about the ways democratic institutions, including Congress, the presidency and the administrative state, interact and the ways the judicial system attempts to shape those interactions. He teaches courses on administrative law, civil procedure and election law.
