Bio

Muhammad Naveed Aman is an assistant professor with the School of Computing. A childhood mishap that led to the “blue screen of death” for his father’s computer spurred his interest in computer security. He holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. and taught in Pakistan and Singapore before joining the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research interests include the Internet of Things, network security, security of AI systems and secure embedded systems.
