Nebraska's Michelle Waite is retiring after 24 years of service to the university. A retirement reception is scheduled for Nov. 3 at the Van Brunt Visitors Center.
A retirement reception for Michelle Waite, assistant to the chancellor for government and military relations, is 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Van Brunt Visitors Center.
The event is free and open to the public. Remarks are scheduled for 5:15 p.m.
Waite is retiring after 24 years of service.
“I’m incredibly blessed to be a part of this institution, which does phenomenal things for our students and the entire state,” Waite said. “I never dreamed I would be in this job for 24 years, but it has been an incredible opportunity to support our students and serve Nebraska.”
