The University of Nebraska–Lincoln will launch new procedures for sending and delivery of mail and packages starting March 20.

As part of the university’s response to COVID-19, all FedEx and UPS packages will be delivered and secured at 942 N. 22nd St. If items received are critical or perishable, faculty and staff should call the Facilities Service Desk at 402-472-1550 to arrange for pick-up or delivery. The desk is staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

At this time, no disruption to U.S. Postal Service delivery is expected. All mail received will be sorted and stored for pickup or requested delivery. Departments and units can pick up mail between 10:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekdays. Outgoing USPS mail and packages must be dropped off between 8 a.m. and noon weekdays to receive same-day shipping.

For more information about mail delivery and related services, call the Facilities Service Desk at 402-472-1550.
