For the second straight year, Husker undergraduates presented their most current research and creative activity directly to senators at the Nebraska State Capitol.
The presentations featured 25 undergraduates answering question and interacting with state senators during an hour-long breakfast session. Posters featured in the event will be on display in the capitol for two weeks. Photos from the event are featured in the link below.
The event is part of Nebraska's 2018 Spring Research Fair, offered April 10-11. The fair's multi-day lineup includes poster presentations that allow students to discuss their individual research and creative activity projects with members of the campus community, public and state legislators. Graduate students presented April 10 in the Nebraska Union, while undergraduates are featured April 11.
Undergraduate presentations are 3:30 to 5 p.m. April 11 in the Nebraska Union’s Centennial Room, Ballroom and Regency Suite. The session will include more than 290 students presenting 246 research posters and six creative exhibitions.
