SMART Lab to showcase social media research with Nov. 21 virtual event

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln's SMART (Social and traditional Media Analytics and Research Tools) Lab will host a virtual showcase from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Nov. 21.

Hear how researchers in varying disciplines are using media data to explore topics like conservation marketing, red meat allergies and cultivated meat, restorative justice and recycling education.

Presentations will highlight how the SMART Lab’s tools and expertise help transform complex media data into meaningful discovery, supporting a more informed and connected world. The SMART Lab at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln empowers interdisciplinary research, education and public engagement by providing centralized access to media data and advanced analytics, faculty expertise and innovative experiences.
