Five of the traditional choirs from the Glenn Korff School of Music and a guest choir will take the stage for “Welcome All Wonders,” an annual holiday concert formerly titled “Cocoa and Carols,” at 3 and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 4 in the Newman Center, 320 N. 16th St.
The University of Nebraska’s flagship choral ensemble, University Singers, the Chamber Singers, the Varsity Men’s Chorus, the University Women’s Chorale, the Collegiate Chorus and the guest choir from Norris High School will perform familiar carols and songs from all over the world.
The repertoire will include “The First Noel,” “Of the Father’s Love Begotten,” “I Heard the Bells On Christmas Day” and “O Come All Ye Faithful.”
The concert will include music for brass, percussion, organ and singers. The event is free and open to the public.
