Sheldon Museum of Art and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln's Well-Being Collective will host "Artletics" from 3 to 4 p.m. April 25 at the Campus Recreation Center, Room 56. The program blends mindfulness and creativity, inviting participants to work out creative muscles and relax while making watercolor paintings.
No art experience is needed for the event, as Sheldon ambassadors will guide participants through the painting process.
The event is free and open to all members of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln community. Register online or on the Active Husker app.
