A webinar taking place from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Nov. 13 will explore how educators can utilize Respondus, a LockDown browser tool, to ensure secure online testing on Canvas.
During the online training, a Digital Learning Commons manager will also discuss how instructors can use the testing lab for Canvas quizzes.
Topics covered in the webinar include:
- Reserving the Digital Learning Center for LockDown Browser-enabled Canvas quiz testing
- Respondus integration with Canvas from both the instructor and student perspectives
- How assessments cannot be exited until the student submits it for grading
- How assessments that are set up for use with LockDown Browser cannot be accessed with other browsers
- How using both the Digital Learning Center and Respondus is the perfect combination for a secure testing environment
