The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Libraries’ SciPop Talks series will feature Changmou Xu to present “Antioxidants: The Need-To-Know” at 7 p.m. March 1 in the Adele Coryell Hall Learning Commons.
Antioxidants are frequently discussed in connection to good health and preventing diseases. Students are invited for this discussion about antioxidant foods, their preparation and potential health benefits.
