The HealthierU Employee Wellness program opened registration for its 2026 Diabetes Prevention Program, providing employees with an opportunity to enhance their health through evidence-based lifestyle support.
Registration will remain open through Jan. 21, with the program scheduled to begin Jan. 28.
The yearlong program is designed for employees who are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes and aims to help participants make sustainable changes in nutrition, physical activity and daily habits. Trained lifestyle coaches will guide participants through topics such as goal setting, behavior change strategies and long-term health maintenance.
All sessions will be held virtually from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, making the program accessible for employees working on-site, remotely or in hybrid roles. The cohort will meet weekly for the first five months of the program, followed by a monthly meeting session for the remaining seven months. To learn more about the program format, eligibility and registration, please visit the official program website.
Employees interested in joining the 2026 cohort are encouraged to register early to secure their spot before the January deadline.
