Registration is open for Nebraska's 2018 Datapalooza, which is April 13-15.
Nebraska’s 2018 Datapalooza is joining forces with other universities across the United States.
The event, which is April 13-15 in the Nebraska Union’s Regency Suite, will feature teams of up to four undergraduates led by graduate students working to find and share meaning in a large, rich and complex dataset. After analyzing data provided by an industrial sponsor, teams will present to a panel of judges to compete for Best in Show, Best Visualization and Best Use of External Data.
In addition to prizes, American Statistical Association Student membership will be awarded to winning teams at each DataFest event.
Registration, available online, is limited to 10 participating teams.
