A construction crane looms over the footprint of Kiewit Hall, a privately funded, $115 million project slated to open in 2023.
Located at the intersection of 17th and Vine streets, Kiewit Hall will house classrooms, instructional labs, student services, maker spaces and an outdoor plaza, becoming the academic hub for Nebraska Engineering’s undergraduate education.

Once completed, Kiewit Hall will connect to Othmer Hall via a skyway, providing an expanded complex that also includes Scott Engineering Center, the Link and Nebraska Hall.
